I could not be happier with the treatment and care from Connecticut Family Physical Therapy. Their assessments were detailed and complete. My treatment plans for here (in office) and home were clear. Our goals were realistic and most importantly pragmatic and meaningful to me. CFPT’s sensitivity, compassion and encouragement were a huge part of my determination and success.
